Ricardo Moreno was born and raised in Mexico City. At the age of 25, Ricardo moved to Los Angeles to attend Brooks Institute of Photography where he majored in commericial photography.   During his career, he has directed more than 60 music videos for international artist and grammy winners such as Juan Gabriel, Marco Antonio Solis, Tigres del Norte, Cristian Castro, Pepe Aguilar, Death Rose Beauty, among others.  WIth a unique style, he is one of the few directors that also does all his camera work, and adapts very easily to styles, borders, languages, concepts and time zones when working with others. 

In 2009, RIcardo directed and photographed for Mexican Tourism Board, which represented Mexico at the International Tourism Convention in Hanover, Germany, with the video "Michoacan: El Alma de Mexico (Michoacan: The Soul of Mexico). 

In 2013, RIcardo directed and photographed the music video “tu ingratitud" performed by Grammy nominated  Ana Barbara, which was selected to be part of The Cinémathèque Française in Paris.
